Switching makes sense when training courses need to be planned regularly, participants managed, learning offerings provided, and results documented – and when manual coordination, duplicate data entry, or recurring routine tasks are increasingly consuming time. A centralised solution helps to standardise processes, reduce sources of error, and make seminar management more efficient, secure, and scalable.
Learning programmes today are offered in many different formats: as in-person seminars, online training, webinars, blended learning offerings, or purely digital learning modules. For participants, it is hard to understand why they should use different systems depending on the format.
AcademyManager combines seminar management and learning management system in a single solution. This results in leaner administrative processes without unnecessary interfaces and duplicate data maintenance – as well as a unified learning environment in which registration, booking, and learning are all managed centrally.
The implementation effort depends primarily on whether you are starting fresh or replacing existing systems and processes. A greenfield start is usually possible within a few days or weeks. Yes. AcademyManager is designed for integration into existing system landscapes. For authentication, we support Single Sign-On via the common standards SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect, connecting solutions such as Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory/LDAP, or existing identity providers. Users and groups can be provisioned via SCIM or automated CSV import from HR or directory systems, so that accounts and permissions do not need to be maintained in two places. Manual upload via CSV or Excel is also available.
Via a documented REST API, AcademyManager can also be connected to virtually any third-party system – such as SAP, HR suites, or reporting/BI tools. Together we assess which systems should be connected and which solution is technically sound, secure, and sustainably maintainable for your organisation.
Data protection in AcademyManager is not an afterthought – it is an integral part of the system concept from the outset. All processes are designed to be GDPR-compliant and follow the principle of data minimisation: only the data that is genuinely required for a given purpose is stored.
Wherever possible, data is processed in anonymised or aggregated form. This allows relevant information to be used without unnecessarily retaining personal data.
For us, data protection does not end with the software – it also encompasses operations. That is why we host exclusively in Germany, operate our own hosting department, and can also implement on-premise scenarios where required.
