Optimizing learning success through (Blended) Learning concepts
In most cases, blended learning is the best way to increase the quality of learning, the achievement of (learning) objectives as well as the motivation of the participants while at the same time reducing the training expenses.
Since 2002, we have successfully implemented several hundred projects together with our customers. Since then, many important changes have been made. Of course some customers still see e-learning as a kind of self-sufficient admixture to existing training measures or as relevant only for special projects.
However, more and more customers recognize the potential of efficiently linking classroom trainings and e-learning offers, thus benefiting from our expertise in elaborating individual blended learning concepts. For the experience has shown that concepts off the shelf do not work, since all customers and projects come with their own requirements.
