Becoming an e-learning author in 5 steps

E-learning has become an essential part of business life. All companies and other organisations and institutions need a way to train internal and external target groups online, not only since the corona crisis.

The training topics cover a wide range, from statutory content such as occupational health and safety, data protection and the General Equal Treatment Act to typical training topics such as sales, communication, and personal development, as well as company-specific trainings on products and processes. Being creative! In this part, your prospective authors learn how to create an exciting and effective e-training from the first to the last page. They develop an overarching concept and use didactic methods.

What are good texts? And what should authors pay attention to in the visual design? After this training, your prospective authors will be able to fill their e-training page by page with texts, images and other media.

Step 5: Ensure Learning Success

Step 5: Ensure Learning Success

In the final step, the authors learn how they can monitor learning success with an effectively designed exam. Finally, they receive tips on testing, evaluating and communicating - for a successful roll-out of their e-learning.
